This year there were an amazing 13 gardens in Arreton open for charity on Sunday June 9th, 11 am to 5pm, to raise money for Relate and St John Ambulance.  There were cream teas at St George’s School and a plant stall and cream teas at Haseley.  The gardens were very varied, with two new gardens in the middle of the village which have been completely redesigned.  None of the gardens are normally open to the public.

Relate is the leading couple counselling charity in England and money raised will help to support couples needing counselling on the Island. St John will be updating AEDs (resuscitation equipment) and other equipment with the money raised.
